What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver from Mandurah to Margaret River in Western Australia's stunning south west.
Delivery is fortnightly, however billing is monthly.
To ensure you get the freshest drinking water, we deliver half, or one more than half of your order the first fortnight, then the balance on the second fortnight.
For example if you order 20 bottles per month, 10 will be delivered each fortnight.
If you order 15 bottles per month, 8 will be delivered the first fortnight, then 7 the second fortnight.
How do I place an order?
You can either place an order online, or you can go old school and just call Andrew on 0428 316 188 and we can add you to our fortnightly deliveries with a cash payment.
How can I set up a continuous delivery?
Sure, just go to our Order Water page and you can select a recurring payment with your credit or debit card at checkout. Payments are monthly, however we deliver your order fortnightly to ensure you get the freshest drinking water.
Are there any lock in contracts?
No, there are no lock in contracts. You can order water or cancel your ongoing order anytime.
What do I do on delivery day?
If you are a household, simply leave your empty bottles at your front door and we will exchange them. If you are home and need help to get your water inside, no problem Andrew is happy to bring it in for you.
If you forget to leave your bottles out, try and let us know by sending us a text on 0428 316 188 with your name and address. Your water may not be delivered if your bottles are not put out for exchange.
If you are a business, we will gather the empties when we deliver your order.
Where does the water come from?
Our water comes from a natural spring in Serpentine in the south west of WA. We refill our bottles every two weeks, ensuring you have the freshest water to drink that has not been stored in a warehouse for months.
Is the water tested?
Yes, our water is tested. Here are the results of the latest annual water test.

How are the bottles cleaned?
Our bottles are cleaned between every refill using a specific bottle cleaning machine. No harmful chemicals are used in the cleaning process. All bottles remain the property of 7 Tenths Springwater.
