What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver from Pinjarra in the north, to Augusta in the south and out to Collie & Boyup Brook in the east covering Western Australia's stunning south west.
Delivery is fortnightly, monthly or 6 Weekly depending on your location. Please contact us to find out our delivery schedule in your area
How do I place an order?
You can either place an order online, email us via sales@livingsprings.com.au or you can go old school and just call us on 9728 0333 or 0408 931 068 and we can add you to our delivery schedule.
***Note as of December 2024, there is a minimum order of 4 Bottles with any delivery.***
Are there any lock in contracts?
No, there are no lock in contracts. You can order water or cancel your ongoing order anytime.
What do I do on delivery day?
If you are a household, simply leave your empty bottles at your front door and we will exchange them.
If you forget to leave your bottles out, try and let us know by sending us a text on 0408 931 068 with your name and address. Your water may not be delivered if your bottles are not put out for exchange.
If you are a business, we will gather the empties when we deliver your order.
Where does the water come from?
Our water comes from a natural spring in Gingin just north of Perth. The water is bottled in Perth and we refill our bottles two times a week, ensuring you have the freshest water to drink that has not been stored in a warehouse for months.
Is the water tested?
Yes, our water is tested. Here are the results of the latest annual water test.

How are the bottles cleaned?
Our bottles are cleaned and sterilised between every refill using a specific bottle cleaning machine. No harmful chemicals are used in the cleaning process. All bottles remain the property of Living Springs.
